Structure and working principle of electric hoist motor

Working principle of electric hoist motor: zd1 three-phase AC conical rotor motor is the driving force for the lifting of the electric hoist, zdy1 three-phase AC conical rotor motor is the driving force of the electric trolley, and its rotor and stator are of conical structure. This series of motors are in intermittent rated working mode, the load duration rate is 25%, and the equivalent starting times per hour is 120.

Structural features of electric hoist motor:
1. The structure of the conical rotor motor has the characteristics of generating axial magnetic tension. The brake friction plate is installed on the fan brake wheel, and the lock nut and screw fasten the fan brake wheel to the rear end of the motor rotor shaft.

2. When starting, the magnetic tension overcomes the pressure of the spring to make the rotor and the fan brake wheel connected with the rotor produce axial displacement, the brake ring is separated from the rear end cover, and the rotor rotates freely (i.e. working state).

3. After power failure, the magnetic tension disappears. Under the action of the pressure spring, the fan brake wheel and the end cover are braked tightly, and the braking effect is obtained by relying on the friction generated by the conical surface.

4. When braking under rated load, the sliding distance of heavy objects shall not exceed 1 / 100 of the lifting speed, otherwise, it shall be adjusted.
(1) During adjustment, loosen the screw and tighten the lock nut to increase the pressure of the spring and obtain large braking torque.
(2) The adjustment clearance is generally 1.5mm. It can be measured by repeatedly starting and observing the axial displacement of the motor shaft.
(3) The clearance adjustment method of cd10t and cd104-16 (20) t conical motors is opposite to the above method.
